The speed sensor mock-up is designed to rotate the 35-lbs.-speed sensor hub at any desired speed between 5 and 30 Hz. with a speed stability of 5% maximum. The inverter is capable of driving the motor to rated speed but is presently programmed to limit the upper speed to no greater than 35 Hz. The unit is fitted with three (3) guards to protect the operator from rotational hazards.There is a coupling guard, a speed sensor hub guard, and an end of shaft guard.  The frame comes factory-aligned and normally requires no further alignment. All bearings are sealed, making them essentially “maintenance free”.
